A Dedicated Cell is a complete, autonomous team that takes over an entire project or workstream. Choose based on how much structure you have and how much you want to delegate.
Do I keep control of the team, or do you manage it?
Depends on the model. In Staff Augmentation, control is 100% yours: profiles work under your lead. In Dedicated Cells and Managed Services we also provide management, always with full visibility and reporting. You define how much you delegate.
How long until a profile or team gets started?
We work with pre-validated profiles, so timelines are much shorter than a traditional hiring process. The goal is for talent to integrate into your team and deliver within the first weeks, not after months of search and onboarding.
