How long until a profile or team gets started?

How is Staff Augmentation different from a Dedicated Cell?

Staff Augmentation adds specific profiles to a team you already have and lead: you bring in missing capacity without building from scratch. Do I keep control of the team, or do you manage it?

Depends on the model. In Staff Augmentation, control is 100% yours: profiles work under your lead. In Dedicated Cells and Managed Services we also provide management, always with full visibility and reporting. You define how much you delegate.
