How long until a profile or team gets started?

Yes. We operate from Panama on a nearshore model: same time zone as much of the US, communication in English and Spanish, and real overlap for standups and live collaboration. Add senior talent to your team without the delays and time gap of far offshore.
How is Staff Augmentation different from a Dedicated Cell?
Staff Augmentation adds specific profiles to a team you already have and lead: you bring in missing capacity without building from scratch. A Dedicated Cell is a complete, autonomous team that takes over an entire project or workstream. Choose based on how much structure you have and how much you want to delegate.
Do I keep control of the team, or do you manage it?
Depends on the model. In Staff Augmentation, control is 100% yours: profiles work under your lead. In Dedicated Cells and Managed Services we also provide management, always with full visibility and reporting. You define how much you delegate.
Which technologies and profiles do you specialize in?
